For our first online safety week, we focused specifically on managing information online. For Year 3 this involved understanding the difference between a 'belief', an 'opinion' and a 'fact' and where examples of these could be found online; learning the importance of getting help from their trusted adult if they saw something that upset or worried them online; understanding how to use key phrases in search engines to gather accurate information online.
